`With this Amendment, claims 1, 3, 4, 7-9, 11, 12, and 15-22 are pending, of which claims
`
`1 and 9 are independent in form. Claims 2, 5, 6, 10, 13, and 14 have been canceled. Claims1, 3,
`
`4,7, 8,9, 11, 12, 15, and 16 have been amended; claims 17-22 have been added. Support for the
`
`amendments may be found throughoutthe originally-filed application, for example, in
`
`paragraphs [0041 ]-[0044], [0051], and [0070]-[0072] thereof. The amendments do not add new
`
`matter to the present application. In view of the foregoing amendments and the following
`
`remarks, reconsideration and allowance of the present application are respectfully requested.

`Double Patenting
`
`Claims 1-14 are rejected on the ground of nonstatutory double patenting as being
`
`unpatentable over claims 1-13 of US Patent No. 10,305,662. Independentclaims 1 and 9, as
`
`amendedherein, recite that usage of resource elements for the reference signal in a specific
`
`channelis indicated by a System Information Block (SIB), which Applicant respectfully submits
`
`is not obvious in view of claims 1-13 of US Patent No. 10,305,662. In view of the amendments
`
`to independent claims | and 9 herein, reconsideration and withdrawal of the double-patenting
`
`rejection is respectfully requested.
`
`Conclusion
`
`Forat least these reasons, Applicant respectfully requests allowance of the pending
`
`claims. In the event the Examinerfinds minor informalities that can be resolved by telephone
`
`conference or if the Examiner believes a telephone conference would facilitate prosecution of
`
