`resource allocation allocating Distributed Virtual Resource Blocks (OVREs), where a

`pair of OVABs assigned with a single resource block number are mapped io Physical
`
`Hesource Blocks (PHGs) with a variable gap in the frequency domain, the variable gap
`
`is an integer multiole of a Resource Block Group (RBG) size defined as a number af

`one or more consecutive resource blocks forming one REG in a given sysiern
`
`bandwidth, in cormboination with other limiations.
