`Regarding Claim 19, Jung teaches a transmission method comprising:

`configuring a first power control parameter corresponding to a first service when a

`predetermined condition relating to a control channel to be used for transmission of
`
`assignment information of an uplink signal is satisfied, and configuring a second

`power control parameter corresponding to a second service when the predetermined
`

`a control channel that is received at the terminal within a predetermined time period

`after a signal requesting scheduling ofthe first service is transmitted from the terminal
`
`(Section 0030, in order to receive the UL grant the UE typically requests a scheduling
`
`for said uplink transmission, the grant is received via some kind of control channel a
`
`period of time after said request).
`
`Regarding Claim 6, Jung teachesall of the claimed limitations recited in Claim 1.

`Jung further teaches wherein the predetermined condition is that the control channel is
`
`a control channel that the terminal receives first after a signal requesting scheduling of
`
`the first service is transmitted from the terminal (Section 0030, in order to receive the UL
`
`grant the UE typically requests a scheduling for said uplink transmission, the grant is
`
`received via some kind of control channel after said request).
`
`Regarding Claim 8, Jung teachesall of the claimed limitations recited in Claim 1.

`Jung further teaches wherein the predetermined condition is that a time period until the
`
`terminal transmits the uplink signal after the terminal receives the control channel is
`
`within a predetermined time (Section 0030, the UE will transmit an uplink signal a period
`
`of time after receiving the UL grant via some kind of control channel).

`Regarding Claim 18, Jung teachesall of the claimed limitations recited in Claim

`claimed invention and the prior art are such that the claimed invention as a whole would have
`been obvious before the effective filing date of the claimed invention to a person having
`ordinary skill in the art to which the claimed invention pertains. Patentability shall not be

`the predetermined condition is that a payload size of a format to be used for the control
`
`channel is different from/less than a predetermined size (Section 0094, different DCI
`
`payload sizes renders a payload size different or less than a particular size).

`Jung does not teach wherein the predetermined condition is that a scrambling sequence
`
`to be used for the control channel is different from a predetermined sequence.

`Papasakellariou, which also teaches a wireless communication system, teaches

`wherein the predetermined condition is that a scrambling sequence to be used for the

`control channel is different from a predetermined sequence (Sections 0122, different
`
`scrambling sequences renders scrambling sequences different from a particular
`
`scrambling sequence).

`filing date of the claimed invention to modify the system of Jung with the above features

`of Papasakellariou for the purpose of reducing the number of channel estimations that
`
`the UE performs when decoding control channels as taught by Papasakellariou.

`It would have been obvious to one of ordinary skill in the art prior to the effective
`
`filing date of the claimed invention to modify the system of Jung with the above features
`
`of Lee for the purposeof rapidly performing error recovery as taught by Lee.

`transmission symbols of the uplink signal indicated in the control channel is less than or

`equal to a predetermined value.

`Byun, which also teaches a wireless communication system, teaches wherein the

`predetermined condition is that a number of transmission symbols of the uplink signal
`
`indicated in the control channel is less than or equal to a predetermined value (Sections
`
`0044, 0045, sTTIs are the transmission symbols, there are a plurality of sTTIs which

`taught by Byun.

`al. (US 2019/0261281) in view of Chen etal. (US 2020/0052770)

`Regarding Claim 10, Jung teachesall of the claimed limitations recited in Claim

`1. Jung does not teach wherein the predetermined condition is that a detection period
`
`of the control channel in the terminal is less than or equal to a predetermined value.
`
`Chen, which also teaches a wireless communication system, teaches wherein
`
`the predetermined condition is that a detection period of the control channel in the
`
`terminal is less than or equal to a predetermined value (Section 0271, detection periods
`
`can be configured thus rendering a scenario wherein the detection period is less than or
`
`equal to a particular value or number).
`
`It would have been obvious to one of ordinary skill in the art prior to the effective
`
`filing date of the claimed invention to modify the system of Jung with the above features
`
`of Chen for the purpose of providing beam recovery for the purpose of preventing
`
`communication quality decline as taught by Chen.

`to be used in the control channel is different from a predetermined table (Section 0005,

`filing date of the claimed invention to modify the system of Jung with the above features
`
`of Chen for the purpose of dynamically adapting the communication link based on the

`current conditions in the radio frequency (RF) environment as taught by Chen.
