`(Currently Amended) A terminal, comprising:

`circuitry, which, in operation, determines a transmission operation ofa first uplink
`
`transmission correspondingto a first service, and a second uplinktransmission corresponding to
`
`a second service, based onthefirst uplinktransmission anda setting of a reference signal
`
`included in the second uplinktransmission; and
`
`a transmitter, which in operation, transmits an uplink signal including at least a signal of
`
`the first uplink transmission based on the determined transmission operation.

`(Currently Amended) The terminal according to claim 1, wherein, when thefirst
`
`uplinktransmission and the second uplinktransmission overlap with each other,
`
`the circuitry cancels the second uplinktransmission in a first transmission section
`
`correspondingto the first uplinktransmission and a section after the first transmission section in
`
`a case that the reference signal is not included in thefirst transmission section or the section after
`
`the first transmission section in a second transmission section-cerresperdins corresponding to
`
`the second uplinktransmission, and
`
`the circuitry performs the second uplinktransmission in a section other than the first
`
`transmission section in a case that the reference signal is included in thefirst transmission
`
`section or the section after the first transmission section in the second transmission section.

`(Currently Amended) The terminal according to claim 1, wherein, when thefirst
`
`uplinktransmission and the second uplinktransmission overlap with each other, the circuitry
`
`shifts a first transmission section to a section other than a section where the first transmission
`
`section correspondingto the first uplinktransmission overlaps with a second transmission
`
`section corresponding to the second uplinktransmission, in a case that the reference signalis
`
`included in the overlapping section.

`(Currently Amended) The terminal according to claim 3, wherein the circuitry
`
`performs the second uplink transmission in a section other than a section to which thefirst uplink
`
`transmission has been shifted in the second transmission section.

`(Currently Amended) The terminal according to claim 3, wherein

`the circuitry cancels the second uplinktransmission in the shifted first transmission
`
`section and a section after the shifted first transmission section when the reference signal is not
`
`included in the shifted first transmission section or the section after the shifted first transmission

`section in the second transmission section, and
`
`the circuitry performs the second uplinktransmission in a section other than the shifted
`
`first transmission section when the reference signal is included in the shifted first transmission
`
`section or the section after the shifted first transmission section in the second transmission
`
`section.

`(Currently Amended) The terminal according to claim 3, wherein the circuitry

`cancels the second uplink transmission in the shifted first transmission section and a section after
`
`the shifted first transmission section in the second transmission section.

`notified from a base station to the terminal, the information indicating either of operations of
`
`canceling the second uplinktransmission in a first transmission section correspondingtothefirst
`
`uplinktransmission, and a section after the first transmission section in a second transmission

`section correspondingto the second uplinktransmission, or performing the second uplink
`
`transmission in a section other than the first transmission section in the second transmission
`
`section.

`either of operations is associated with each time unit, the operations being an operation of
`
`canceling the second uplinktransmission in a first transmission section correspondingtothefirst

`uplinktransmission, and a section after the first transmission section in a second transmission

`section correspondingto the second uplink transmission, and an operation of performing the

`sets the reference signalafter a first transmission section correspondingto thefirst uplink

`transmission in a second transmission section corresponding to the second uplinktransmission,

`whenthe reference signalis not includedin the first transmission section or a section after the
`
`first transmission section in the second transmission section.

`(Currently Amended) A transmission method, comprising:
`
`determining a transmission operation ofa first uplinktransmission correspondingto a
`
`first service and a second uplinktransmission corresponding to a second service based on the
`
`first uplinktransmission and a setting of a reference signal included in the second uplink
`
`transmission; and
`
`transmitting an uplink signal including at least a signal of the first uplinktransmission
`
`based on the determined transmission operation.
