Mr. Jeske, and his heirs and assigns, hereby releases and forever discharge PNAandits officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives from any andall claims, demands, debts,liabilities and causes of action at law or in equity, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, which Mr. Jeske has, ever had or now has or may have against PNArelatingto, arising out of or resulting from any matters in connection with the microwave model NN-SD9878S listed in this action.
Mr. Jeske understandsthat this Settlement Agreement and Release constitutes a full and final settlement and extendsto all claims of every nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising from or attributable to any practices or conduct by PNA,relating directly or indirectly to the Panasonic Microwave Oven NN-SD987S.
8 Mr. Jeske executes this Settlement Agreement and Release voluntarily and without any duress or undueinfluence with the full intent of dismissing his claim under case number SC-616-21 prior to the court date to be set for June 30, 2021.
