On September 24, 2021, in an email from the Deputy Chief Clerk for Trials to Peter J. Corcoran III, who represents that he is the new counsel for Cellspin Soft, Inc. (“Patent Owner”), we authorized the filing of a motion to withdraw by current counsel for Patent Owner, John J. Edmonds, and a motion to substitute Mr.
On September 27, 2021, Mr. Edmonds filed Patent Owner’s Motion to Withdraw and Substitute Counsel.
To expedite a ruling on the motion, we ask Patent Owner to contact Petitioner to see whether Petitioner opposes the motion.
If the motion is unopposed, Patent Owner shall file a paper in the record stating this.
Patent Owner also should file updated Mandatory Notices identifying new lead and backup counsel and file a new Power of Attorney.
