IT IS ORDERED, that Anthony B. Taddeo, Esq., an attorney of counsel to the law firm of Taddeo Law PLLC, with offices located at 10307 West Broad Street, Suite 103, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060, and a member of the Bar admitted to the practice of law in the courts of the State of Virginia, State of Maryland, and D.C. Bar is admitted Pro Hac Vice to provide representation on behalf of the Defendant, General Electric Company, in the above captioned case, and may participate in investigation, discovery, arguments of motions and the trial of the above captioned matter in whole or in part, and it is further ORDERED, that Dennis E. ORDERED that pursuant to Section 520.11 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals and Section 602.2 of the Rules of the Appellate Division, First Department, the attorney hereby admitted pro hac vice shall abide by the standards of professional conduct imposed upon members of the New York bar, including the Rules of the Court governing the conduct of attorneys and the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, including the Rules governing discipline of attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that Anthony B. Taddeo shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York with respect to any acts occurring during the course of his participation in this matter; and it is further ORDERED, that Anthony B. Taddeo, Esq., shall notify the court immediately of any matter or event in this or any jurisdiction which affects his/her standing as a member of the Bar, and it is further ORDERED, that Anthony B. Taddeo, Esq., shall forward the Pro Hac Vice fee if any to the clerk of this court.
