`To the Commissioner of Patents:
`Plaskon Company, Incorporated, a corporation
`duly organized under the laws of the State of
`Delaware and having its principal factory and
`business office at 2112 Sylvan Avenue, Toledo,
`Ohio, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown
`in the accompanying drawing, for SYNTHETIC
`RESINOUS COMPOSITIONS FOR USE AS IN-
`GREDIENTS IN THE MANUFACTURE OF
`LACQUERS, ENAMELS, AND FINISHES,
`in
`Class 16, Paints and painters’ materials, and pre-
`sents herewith five specimens showing the trade-
`mark as actually used by applicant upon the
`goods, and requests that the same be registered in
`the United States Patent Ofiice in accordance
`with the act of February 20, 1905.
`The trade-mark has been continuously used
`and applied to said goods in applicant's business
`since May 4, 1938.
`
`STATENIEN T
`The trade—mark is applied or affixed to the
`goods, or to the packages containing the same, by
`placing thereon a printed label on which the
`trade—mark is shown.
`The undersigned hereby appoints Marshall 8;
`Marshall (Reg. No. 14,330), a copartnership com-
`posed of Charles 0. Marshall and Charles 0. Mar-
`sha11,Jr., of 1901 Second National Bank Building,
`Toledo, Ohio, its attorneys, to prosecute this ap-
`plication for registration, with full powers of
`substiution and revocation, to make alterations
`and amendments therein, to receive the “certifi-
`cate, and to transact all business in the Patent
`Office connected therewith.
