`Registration of a Mark under Sections 8 & 9 (the "Filing") for the instant Registration.(cid:160) Due to a clerical
`error, the Filing was made in the name of PANASONIC ELECTRIC WORKS ELECTRONIC
`MATERIALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., a Singapore Private Limited company.(cid:160) However, due to a
`change of name, at the time that the Filing was made on February 15, 2013, the owner was named
`PANASONIC INDUSTRIAL DEVICES MATERIALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., and was a Singapore
`Corporation.(cid:160) This error was made in good faith.(cid:160)

`Evidence of the change of name has been filed with the Assignment Services Branch (see attached
`filing receipt).(cid:160)
`
`As discussed on March 21, 2014 with the Examining Attorney Dana D. Austin, the Registrant
`respectfully requests that the name in the Filing be corrected to PANASONIC INDUSTRIAL
`DEVICES MATERIALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., a Singapore Corporation, and that the appropriate
