`The goods are identified as a “cordless telephone system primarily comprising a telephone base and wireless transceiver which then links
`wireless handsets and/or cell phones to the internet.” (cid:160) It appears that the goods also link the Internet to wireless handsets and/or cell phones.(cid:160)
`Therefore,(cid:160) “link to cell” (“link2cell”) is descriptive of the services.
`According to the attached evidence, applicant’s product “seamlessly connects a…cell phone to cordless handsets in the home [so that] a user can
`initiate and receive cell phone calls from a cordless handset.” Thus, “link to cell” (“link2cell”) describes the fact that applicant’s product
`links
`a cordless handset to a cell phone.

`The wording “TO” is intentionally misspelled in the mark (as “2”); however, this wording must appear in its correct spelling – i.e., “LINK TO
